Choose a plan around the website you intend to run and the resources it needs. Use the current product description for included features, prices, billing terms, and limits.
Compare the plans #
- List the sites you want to host. A second domain registration does not itself add a second website to a hosting plan.
- Estimate storage for website files, databases, email, logs, and backups. Leave room for growth and temporary files during updates.
- Check the available databases, mailboxes, subdomains, and additional websites. Confirm any limit that matters to your project.
- Check software requirements. For an existing application, record its PHP version, database requirements, extensions, and scheduled jobs. Ask support about requirements that the plan page does not address.
- Review the billing period and renewal amount. Compare totals for equivalent periods and check whether the displayed price includes taxes.
- Check whether backups, migrations, SSH/SFTP access, application installation, and technical assistance are included or available separately.
Match the plan to your workload #
A small brochure site and a store with frequent orders can need different resources even when they contain a similar number of pages. Large image libraries increase storage and transfer use. Busy applications also need enough processing capacity; storage alone does not determine performance.
You can keep an external DNS provider or use Lucid nameservers. Preserve external email records when connecting the website. If you use a proxy such as Cloudflare, follow the dashboard's DNS-only setup instructions until website verification and SSL are complete. Check whether any specialist application or proxy requirement needs support assistance.
Check your choice #
At checkout, verify the selected plan and primary domain. Keep the product description and order confirmation for reference. Ask support to clarify a requirement before payment if it could prevent your application from running.
