Use My Account → Orders to find a purchase, its total, and any available payment or view actions. Open the order to review its domain names, products, and customer messages.
Check an order #
- Sign in to the account used at checkout.
- Open Orders, then select the order number or View.
- Check its date, amount, payment status, and item details.
- For hosting activation, also open Hosting services or Services. For domain progress, open Domains. For a paid certificate, check its controls within the order.
Interpret the payment status #
| Order status | What to check |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | Complete payment only after confirming you have not already paid. |
| On hold | Payment confirmation or another review is pending. Follow the order instructions. |
| Processing | Payment has been recognized; check service-specific progress. |
| Completed | The order is marked fulfilled. Check the service if access is missing. |
| Failed | Review the payment result before trying again. |
| Cancelled | Review the reason and contact support if money left your account. |
| Refunded | Review the refund confirmation and which items it covers. |
These labels do not replace the registration, hosting, or certificate status. For example, a created hosting account may still need DNS connection and SSL setup before its public website is ready.
If the order is missing #
Check the account and email address used for the purchase. A different login or guest purchase can explain a missing order. Contact support with the order reference from your confirmation email; do not create another paid order just to make it appear.
If an unpaid domain order has an expired quote or an unusable payment link, start a fresh domain quote after checking that no payment succeeded. Paid orders need support review before a replacement purchase.
