Lucid Control Center brings your hosting services, websites, domains, and billing into the customer account. Start by selecting the service and website you want to manage so that changes apply to the right place.
Find your service and website #
- Sign in through My Account on our website. Open Overview for the selected service or Hosting services to find another one.
- Use the hosting-service selector if you have more than one plan. Check the plan name and service ID, such as an
LH-reference, before continuing. - Use the website selector to choose the domain. The Websites list also provides Manage links. Some account views use Manage website.
- Read the status beside the website. DNS setup needed directs you to connection setup. Connected reflects the website DNS check; you must still check the site, email, and HTTPS.
- Open the relevant website tab or tool. The page may show Email, Databases, WordPress, DNS & SSL, and PHP, depending on the service and its permissions.
Use the right area #
| Area | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Hosting services | Select a service, review setup, manage websites, and find hosting access or renewal actions |
| Domains | Manage supported registration, renewal, transfer, contact, and registrar settings |
| Orders | Review purchases, payment status, and paid SSL order configuration |
| Payment methods | Manage supported saved payment methods |
| Account settings | Update your customer profile and account credentials |
| Open Virtualmin | Open the hosting panel for files and advanced tools |
The dashboard's WordPress tab lists tracked applications; installation and maintenance still use Virtualmin or WordPress. The Backups page explains current availability rather than providing configured dashboard backup controls.
Confirm the selected context #
Before saving a change, check the website name and service ID again. Additional websites share their service's owner, resource limits, and hosting renewal. A domain appearing in the website list does not mean Lucid manages its registration.
If a tab is missing or details cannot load, read the displayed message and refresh the page. Do not create a duplicate service to regain a missing control.
