How to register a new domain on our website

Registering a domain reserves a name for the term you purchase. Website hosting and email are separate services unless your chosen offer explicitly includes them.

1. Sign in to your account and open My Account > Domains > Register a domain, or use the domain search on our website.
2. Enter the complete domain you want, without https://, a page path, or an email address. Review the exact result. Use the additional-extension controls if you want alternatives.
3. Select an offered registration term when a choice is available. Some extensions have a minimum term, and multi-year registration requires a signed-in account.
4. Choose Add to cart for a confirmed available result. Check the spelling, extension, term, and price in your cart.
5. At checkout, supply accurate registration contact details. Enter your phone in the requested international format with its country code. Review any extension-specific requirements and the consent covering registration information sent to the registrar and registry.
6. Review the final total, taxes, and applicable terms, then complete payment using an available payment method.
7. Open the order and My Account > Domains to check progress. Complete any registration-contact verification request you receive.

Confirm completion: Look for the domain to become managed in your account and check its registration status and expiration date. A payment receipt by itself does not confirm that the registry has completed registration. The domain is rechecked before fulfillment, and a changed or uncertain result can require staff review.

If checkout asks for a fresh quote: Run the search again and review the current price. Availability is not reserved merely by searching or adding the name to your cart.

If you paid but cannot find the domain: Keep the order number and contact support. Do not place another paid order while the first result is uncertain. Staff need to check whether the first registration completed.
