Start with the message shown at checkout or in your order. A rejected form, declined payment, and paid order awaiting setup need different fixes.
If checkout will not continue #
- Check all required fields and consent boxes.
- For domain registration, use a valid international phone number with a country code consistent with the billing country.
- Confirm the cart follows the cart rules: one hosting plan, quantity one per item, and a separate order for a standalone SSL certificate.
- Choose the primary hosting domain if your cart contains several new registrations.
- Refresh an expired domain quote by removing the affected item and obtaining a new quote.
- If the form still fails, record the exact error text. Try a current browser with cookies enabled and temporarily disable extensions that interfere with checkout.
If payment fails or stalls #
Check My Account → Orders and your payment provider before resubmitting. A bank authorization can appear before the store receives a final result. Keep the time, amount, currency, and order reference.
If the provider confirms a decline, review your billing details or use another offered payment method. If money appears to have left your account but the order is unpaid, ask support to reconcile the payment. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or banking login details.
If payment succeeded but the service is unavailable #
Open the service-specific page. Hosting setup may need confirmation of a new primary-domain registration. After account creation, its public website may still need DNS connection and SSL setup. Domain operations may need registrar confirmation, and certificates may need validation. Resolve the displayed step or contact support with the order number.
Old domain payment links can be unavailable because the price or availability needs a fresh check. Confirm that the old order is unpaid before starting again.
