Use the support or contact method listed on our website. A focused request helps support identify the affected service and reproduce the problem.
Include the details that matter #
Copy this checklist into your request and fill in the relevant items:
- Domain or affected service:
- Hosting service ID, if shown:
- Order or invoice number:
- What you are trying to do:
- Exact error or status shown:
- Full affected URL, without login tokens:
- When the problem started, including time zone:
- Last time it worked:
- Recent changes:
- Steps already tried and their results:
- Whether website, email, and panel access are all affected:
For a payment issue, include amount, currency, date, and a masked transaction reference. For email, include the sending and receiving domains, time sent, and bounce code. For DNS, include the record type, hostname, intended value, and the provider where you made the change.
Share evidence safely #
Send a screenshot of the error or a short relevant log excerpt. Remove passwords, full payment details, private keys, recovery codes, session cookies, and sign-in or reset links. A domain transfer authorization code also grants sensitive access; supply it only through the transfer form or a secure process support requests.
If support needs account access or identity evidence, ask for the approved secure method. Avoid creating public downloads containing backups, configuration files, or customer records.
Help support reproduce the issue #
Describe the shortest sequence that produces the problem. Say whether it happens in another browser or network and whether it affects all pages or one action. Keep updates about the same issue in the same conversation where possible.
Support can then establish whether the next step concerns billing, domain registration, DNS, the hosting platform, or your website application. Available assistance and response times depend on the service and published support terms.
