Use your service ID and the selected domain to identify the correct hosting account. The plan's storage and other limits apply across its websites, so one site's activity can affect the available resources for the others.
Review the service #
- Sign in to Control Center and open Hosting services or the selected service's Overview.
- Select the hosting service. Note its plan name, service ID, and renewal date.
- Select the website you want to inspect. Additional websites share the existing service rather than receiving a separate renewal or hosting owner.
- Review Hosting details or Service details for the hosting username, server address when available, and renewal information.
- Review Resource usage or Resource allocation for the storage and transfer values reported by the server. Use Refresh details or Refresh live details where the page offers that action.
- Check the website count and allowance before choosing Add website. The service uses the effective server limits; a missing or unreadable allowance needs support review.
Read the figures correctly #
Storage measures the space in use. A bandwidth usage figure refers to transferred data over the server's reporting period, rather than the speed of your connection. Read the units shown for the service; the reporting period may differ from the hosting renewal period. An unlimited allowance has no meaningful used-percentage bar; it does not override the service's applicable terms or other resource limits.
A blank, dash, or unavailable message means the value was not reported. Do not treat it as zero usage. Displayed information can come from a recent snapshot, so it may lag a just-completed change. Refreshing requests a new read; it does not reset usage or change your plan.
If you are close to a limit #
Check which sites, mailboxes, logs, or backups account for the usage. Keep a verified copy before removing data. If the workload needs more capacity, request a plan change for this service rather than buying a duplicate account for its domain.
Send support the service ID, website, displayed usage, limit, and time checked if the figures remain unavailable or appear inconsistent.
